We have provided security advice to the MOD, the Cabinet Office and commercial clients such as Atos Origin UK. Assignments that we have successfully delivered include the development of security architectures; advice on the requirements for connection to the Government Secure Intranet (GSI); security risk analysis; the development of security policies (including HMG-compliant policies).

Our programme management expertise comes from years of experience advising on major programmes for clients such as the Northern Ireland Office and the MOD. We provide a wide range of security testing services designed to assess the technical threats to your networks and applications, from vulnerability assessments and technical configuration reviews to website testing and full application reviews. Our consultants follow a bespoke methodology when performing assessments. Activity's structured and repeatable methodology utilises common and consistent methods building on those provided by the CESG CHECK Scheme, Open Source Security Testing Methodology Manual (OSSTMM), the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) and the Council of Registered Ethical Security Testers (CREST).
iso 27001
We have provided advice to both public sector and commercial clients on BS 7799 and ISO 27001 compliance. As well as achieving ISO 27001 certification ourselves, we helped Atos Origin UK gain ISO 27001 compliance in 2006, one of the largest companies to gain certification against the new international standard.
