BCP Maturity Model

Our BCP Maturity Model is based upon the HMG IA Maturity Model.

It provides a means for organisations to benchmark the maturity and effectiveness of their Business Continuity Management (BCM).

We use this tool to help our clients understand whether their Business Continuity Management meets their business needs, and to identify any areas requiring improvement.
